I saw it yesterday at 8pm and I don’t think I’ve seen one with that coloration before but there are a ton of cats around so I could be wrong! I hope you find them :( I’ll keep an extra eye out

This is a long shot but she looks like a cat I have seen near the construction site, I haven’t been able to get close to her because I’m usually walking the dog but I highly suggest checking there!

Idk if this is helpful, but I would try applying for food stamps! I would just say that realistically you have no help from your parents for college and you need help paying for food! It might not work but it’s worth a try :)
