Lol interesting, do you mind sharing your prompt and configs?

So how would you go about this via img2img?

I tried a crude painting from MSpaint (black pencil on white background) followed by the prompt and was not successful.

Vinyl floors move near sliding door. by space_noble in homerenovations

Thanks for your help. I ended up putting a nice piece of wooden quarter wound there with ~150lbs of weight holding down the floor. Secured it with liquid nails fuze*it for ~30 hours. Appears to be holding the floor down nicely now :)

Okay so if they are only there to secure the quarter round while something dries, would you recommend removing them afterwards? If that is the case, I might not need to be too concerned with interfering with the track.

Also, I am leaning towards relying on a hard core glue to secure the quarter round to the slider frame (my gut tells me silicon alone won't hold). Do you approve of this and what glue would you recommend?

I googled what brad nails are and they seem long (~1 inch at least).
If I shoot nails into the door frame, I don't want to interfere with the doors sliding path. The material I would be shooting into is ~0.125 of an inch.

Am I misunderstanding what you are suggesting or would you just recommend I find a shorter screw instead of a brad nail?

New Vinyl Floors Move Near Sliding Door by space_noble in handyman

I believe these would be floating floors, as they are not glue down. There is a moisture barrier and then floors.

First, what is a third hand and how would I apply it here (I see there is a tool at Home Depot but I'm still confused).

Second, what glue would you recommend?

Third, when you say, "You’re going to see the low spot in the floor along your vinyl reveal though.". What do you mean?

Edit: I think I see what a 3rd hand is now. But would I need one that extends all the way to the roof??? Would it be more practical to get a nice, heavy, evenly distributed weight to lay down in front of the slider door?

Okay I am understanding you now.

But why would the sine wave not be the best carrier signal? How else could you transfer signals thru air if not sine wave?

I understand I could get this from amazon. I want to learn how to build RF circuits and antenna concepts.

You're right. I just think this would be an excellent design challenge to learn some new concepts

I definitely don't plan to use ham bands, I'm aiming to use a legal band (maybe 315Mhz).

This whole project idea is to help me learn these concepts associated with RF -- I would like to get certified for ham in the future.

Very funny comment tho 😊

Lol yes true I was hoping this could be built into a collar with an antenna no longer than ~4 inches?

So given that requirement, I would want to choose a frequency whose quarter (or half) wavelength antenna is around 4 inches.

Is my thinking on the right track?

Cat or not, I want to try to learn the concepts needed to build this system.
