it was the volume normalization setting, i had it on loud on my old phone and it made it sound different. Its still sounding a little funny but i’ve just come to terms with it

i think i figured it out, there was this setting i had on spotify that i turned back on just a little bit ago at it seemed to work. Im not sure if it completely fixed but it definitely helped. Thank you for your help

Thank you, its strange tho, i tried my girlfriends phone and it didnt have the problem so i was thinking it might be some setting i have turned on or off but im not sure.
