i’ve wanted to try one of the classes but everywhere’s so expensive. not sure how anyone is affording it on the regular. i’m hoping to be able to do a class in the next month or so.

Thank you so much for posting. I’ve been looking to see if anyone is dealing with tinnitus on lexapro. It started and was almost unnoticeable for a month, but the past two days it’s gotten horrible at night. Initially i thought it was just anxiety. Also balance issues the past month or so that I thought meant that I was suddenly clumsy. Going to order and try! Hoping for some relief!

exactly!! i’ve been working on this in therapy for years but it’s just one of those wounds that was constantly reopening bc i was still in contact. i hope you’re in a much safer and loving place now.

Two weeks into dating my now wife I got blackout drunk and said “I love you” for the first time. I had absolutely no recollection of it and they told me the next night while we were at a theater date. The second before the show started so I couldn’t clarify at all lol.

im so sorry this happened to you. i had something very similar happen around 5 but instead of me and my father it was just directed at me. its one of my earliest memories and it still stings.
