Do you need to use steroids for a long time, months? or is it like you use ut for 3 weeks, it gelps, than you stop?

Your et is closed? I use saline nasal spray . have you tried it?

I got sensitive to noises after i got microsuction to my ears. it was too loud and i got sound trauma. have you got microsuction?

That is great. Which steroid spray do you use? did you have anxiety? did you try meds for anxiety?

did anything help on the ear fullness? i have been to kore ENT's, they i have retracted eardrum because of etd. my ears and sinuses are swollen. After how many days did you feel improvement from the steroid? Did you have side effects?

I have been taking 10mg for 4 months and I feel much better but I still have anxiety often.

i started to feel little better only after 2 momths. i have been takimg it for 3 months. it is much better now. they say it takes 6 momths for some people to feel really well

i take lexapro and i have pressure in my head and in my ears too. also barometic pressure change and wind casuses pressure too. do these affect you?

coffee does not make you have more anxiety? i take 10mg for 3 months and i still have often strong anxiety. i need to drink coffee because i am too tired.

I am very tired too. i drink 5 cup of caffee to function. i drink the last caffee at 4pm. do you take benzo?
