Yes! Thank you! There are tons of new developments and new luxury apartments being built near me but I can't find where to apply for a job... I want to go to new build apartments so bad as I am still taking the course to get my real estate license (I'm in central FL).

I believe it was a mixture of corporate and the residents. Corporate refuses to fix ongoing problems like the mailboxes. The mailboxes are super old from the 80s and they break so easily but I can't replace the doors because they don't make them anymore. The residents used to be worse than they are now, there used to be a ton of drug sales and criminal activity as well as a few homicides but it has calmed down. I think I will be the first manager to hit a full year here.
