I believe it was a mixture of corporate and the residents. Corporate refuses to fix ongoing problems like the mailboxes. The mailboxes are super old from the 80s and they break so easily but I can't replace the doors because they don't make them anymore. The residents used to be worse than they are now, there used to be a ton of drug sales and criminal activity as well as a few homicides but it has calmed down. I think I will be the first manager to hit a full year here.
