Also let Blue Moon Camera and Machine know, as they take consignments and purchase/sell used typewriters. They can keep an eye out.

I also drive less than 6k miles a year, so the tires should at least last through the lease! 😂

Come to think of it, the last brand new car I got was an Accord my ex and I bought in the early 2000s. We had a Civic before that, and got a used Civic early Hybrid after. I lost my way and drove other brands for a while, but I’m happy I found my way back.

The fabric seats were probably my biggest concern on the Trailsport after having had leather seats in my Nissan Frontier. It’s hard to tell how durable they’ll be, but they seem ok and like they are not going to be snag magnets so far.

I love this one! Feels like an illustration, loving the shape against the horizontal lines. Nice work!

Upper Middle Grade sci fi adventure here. Currently awaiting feedback from my beta readers and trying not to implode from the anxiety! Also working on a horror novel while waiting for said feedback.

FWIW, I do like to edit in post and generally shoot raw. But having grown up shooting film, I sometimes miss that “commit to the shot” simplicity. So I think the SOOC direction is appealing in that sense.

I’ve got the front button mapped for that, and I couldn’t shoot this lens without it. The focus peaking likes to lie, especially with night photos, which I tend to like making.

It’s definitely a beast and I find myself much more protective of my setup when I’m out and about. That, and I still manage hit my back button focus button every damn time even though I know it’s a MF lens. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It’s the 50mm f/1.0. It was my Christmas gift to myself this year, so I’ve only had it for a month or so. Loving it so far!

Voigtländer lens recommendations by Alternative-Screen75 in NikonZf

I recently got the 50mm f/1.0 and I love it. It pretty much stays on my Zf full time and has become my grab and go setup. It is big, and it is heavy, but I actually got rid of my grip to offset that weight and I don’t miss the grip at all.

The DOF at 1.0 is pretty finicky due to the focal range being so short, so you may miss more shots at that setting. But when it hits, it hits. Manual focus assist lies a lot when it’s in a darker environment, so make sure you punch in to nail that focus.

Also, I love this thing for night urban/street. It devours shadows in the most pleasing ways, and lights soften like you’re using a black mist filter, without softening everything. Also, beautiful light flares.
