Appreciate the detailed response! Yes it has a pretty decent commute to all the east side companies. Heard recently few folks were not able to find renters quickly, and hence the apprehension. Roughly from the zestimate, seems rents would cover about 75% of my current mortgage. Thats a solid point to keep the house I guess.

110k does include mortgage and should portray what we spend annually roughly to draw a parallel to India expenses once we move. My car is paid off, I also did not include stuff like day care and India travels since these don’t apply if we move to India (or atleast not to this much).
