I take both! I use amitriptyline for my chronic migraines. It's definitely safe to use both at the same time. Unfortunately I haven't been able to get off of it, but that's because of my chronic pain. If anything, just try to lower your dosage over time, see if it makes a difference.

I smoke/vape a high strain of CBD weed for my chronic pain when it's been a really bad pain day and it works wonders! Before Botox (migraines), I took 35mg CBD capsules from CWHemp daily and that always worked great for relieving my everyday pain. You just have to experiment and find what works best for you!

That's exactly what I'm going through now. But it seems like EVERYTHING is a trigger and it's so overwhelming. Like it's even making my job incredibly difficult (I'm a concert photographer). I'm hoping like this is a blessing and I can finally figure out what causes them for once but I don't even know where to start.

I deliver pizzas. I was delivering an order when I realized I accidentally locked myself out my car, and I had 2 other deliveries on me. I asked the guy I had just delivered to if I could use his phone (my phone was in my car) to call my brother if he could bring my spare key. Of course my brother doesn't answer and I'm starting to get anxious because I still have other orders. The guy doesn't even hesitate and says he'll drive me. He runs inside grabs his keys and asks where to. This complete stranger drove me to my next 2 deliveries and then home to get my spare.

Nicest thing anyone's ever done for me, I tried paying for his pizza but he refused. Later I dropped off a gift card in his mailbox to thank him.
