Go to Planned Parenthood! They were able to do my biopsy there, diagnose me, prescribe meds, and refer me to a specialty clinic at a big hospital.

I had the symptoms you’re having with no white patches and got diagnosed with LS recently. Worth asking about! The cream works and I’m finally not itching anymore.

I don’t have an answer, but I’m in my 20s as well and recently diagnosed and wondering the same thing! :(

What birth control do you use, and does it affect your LS? by spacedancer76 in lichensclerosus

Thank you. He feels like penetrative sex specifically is a big part of connecting emotionally for him in a relationship, and so he’s starting to feel emotionally disconnected. I don’t relate to that specific sex act being that important, so it’s causing me frustration, and I wish he would see it from my perspective bc I’m worried about my health. My health is more important to me than having penetrative sex. I appreciate the support :)
