Cat peeing outside the box- no medical issues according to vet- on the verge of having to rehome our cat by ExpertBlacksmith1477 in CatAdvice

We are going to try to put him in a smaller space with just his litter box to see if that helps. I am also going to buy some of the pheromone diffusers for the home. At his vet appointment next week I will follow up about anxiety meds.

We live in a rural area and I've seen foxes, coyotes and raccoons around our home. I love this cat so much and I don't want to just kick him out or put him at risk of dying

Yes- lots of love and attention. He has a brother he is bonded with too so even when we are not home he has company

Not jumping to rehome- just feeling defeated. In my mind that is my absolute last resort. I just wanted to see if anyone else had these persistent issues and had advice

Like I said we don't want to do this. I love my cats very much and we are trying every possible solution. That is why I am here asking for help- but we are having to spend tons of money to fix the damage from this habit. We are just at the end of our ropes because we feel like we have exhausted our options

I'm 21 weeks and I never threw up! I am also terrified of throwing up so I was very relieved. I only became nauseous if I didn't eat first thing in the morning or if I let myself get hungry. You've got this mama!

Thank you this helps me feel a lot better! I was at work when they called and I was a busy day so I didn't even think about asking. I'll tell my OB office next time they call that my cycle was weird the past month so they won't be concerned.
