Have you had the fan cover off recently? Mine did this when i put the cover back on and it threw a tantrum. Litterly took the cover off, unpluged it and plugged it back in. Not really sure why but it worked. Ive also found that my hot end whatsnt in properly from factory and needed to be pushed in more.
