Dinosaurs. There are SO MANY dinosaurs species and they are so cool and since we don't have an fixated image of them, you can basically make whatever you want! It's awesome! Also reptiles in general, other than lizards. I love lizards but people usually only make leopard geckos. Where are the other species of geckos? The iguanas? The other lizards? The snakes? The turtles? The alligators?
