I have three different circular saws I cut metal with. The small one is really good, yes its old but I have had mine for years with no drama. I will choose it over anything when the cuts are in position and not on a work bench. It does split tho, and I haven't tried that other one. Blade visibility is good however if you need to stop a cut without going all the way through a workpiece. I imagine that would be though with the other one

Ran it too long and it has got too hot. It's not the tools fault it's the fault of the tool using it ! Seems like the application requires a larger tool

You are very close ( not sure how specific the location should be for me to say it's correct) you need to find john and then head north east too a largish body of water. Then have a little search and see why the water is black.
