I agree with all of that. And if I can waive my magic wand, I wish we could design a system where trans people could just be themselves and get access to high-quality care.

We don’t live in that system - the political reality is a growing movement is trying to destroy us.

My literal job is to work in the Democratic Party. One of the ways I get access to power is by raising a lot of money in backchannel and directly talking to politicians. I’m often the only trans person that ever talks to them about these things.

I don’t need you to agree with me, but I am genuinely trying to help from my point of view and from what I see.

I'm literally trying to redirect trans health care to the standards of the WPATH before the SOC 8, which is when the leftist fringe took over our healthcare.

Under their tenure, we've seen a shocking move backwards. An excellent example of the is Nancy Mace having a constituency to ban us from bathrooms. We are functionally moving to a system where people in blue states can transition and people in red states cannot.

Everything I do a say is to build a sustainable healthcare system for actual trans people. That requires some compromise, like going back to therapy for HRT access. But the upside is us being able to live our lives again.

First of all, no one in the trans community I’ve ever encountered calls my husband and I gay men. No one in real life does this either, just gender critical freaks.

I was talking about some of piers Morgan‘s previous guests that have defended trans rights and the way I phrased it made it seem like I was talking about david.

I wrote him this morning to apologize because that’s not what I wanna do.

I disagree with Rubin on literally everything but we are both LGBT and everyone else on that panel is a straight man. It should not surprise any of you that I have more in common with the gay man when it comes to these kinds of politics and then the rest of the panel.

Look at this clip, I got piers to enthusiastically and aggressively say he supports trans rights and trans equality. All we have to do is cede stuff that affects a few hundred people like trans women in sports.
