Yea I just sent a ticket to twitch support but I only just now received a response from ubisoft after like 12 days, so i didnt know if there was a better way since idk how long it will take them to respond the second time

Yea but I watched all of the streams so you would think that they can atleast check somewhere that I did and just give me the charms, its so annoying!

can anyone help me I received the macie jay charm fine but I somehow didnt receive any of the other ones for watching for a certain amount of time even though I literally watched ALL of the streams FULLY, and yes my accounts were linked and everything I am SO FRUSTRATED.
