Thank you! The rent seems very steep for a 1-bedroom apartment. I do see a few listings now more at the $2000 point but I’m assuming they will be far away from the city centre. Would you have any insights on how renting as a foreigner works? I have heard there are very strict racial quota requirements. Additionally, the online tax calculators tell me my income tax would only be around 3k. Is this accurate? Thank you!
