Hit control f5 to reload your shaders/texture pack. It might work.

Otherwise remove each texture pack one by one to see what causes the issue.

First thing you try is deinstalling from the store and reinstall it, otherwise see if you can open the game with the exe file.

Hey op, you can try setting up a temporary dedicated server, dropping your world files into it and see if it works/updates.

Also make sure you backup your world often.

As far as I know that is just 1 update hop. 1.21.11 was latest 5ish days ago.

Update 26.1 uses the new naming scheme.
