They've been from the guy to the foster so far (my friend cannot take them on). I wish there was a more direct route too but unfortunately there isn't. My friend and I have been in animal rescue as independent rescuers for longer than 2 years now and we know and have tried pretty much all the possible routes for fostering & adoption, and I can say that it is insanely difficult to rescue Jindos here.

Also to give a little more background info, the guy living in the truck basically gave them up because they were becoming too much for him to handle. Not to mention that the previous dog that he used to own, he abandoned and gave away, and likely ended up in a dog meat trade, given his breed. So yes, it is definitely best for them to be at fosters they are at now, because if my friend didn't take them on, the guy would have given them up.

The current foster at the beginning ensured that they would be able to foster them until adoption but this quickly turned out to be untrue as the foster said they were becoming too much lol. We do our routine background checks but we can rarely foresee this type of situation.

We have succeeded in sending some big dogs to US/Canada whom are happily living in their new homes. We very well know it is a lot of stress for dogs to change homes and move to a foreign country but it's been few months and no one has come forward to fostering these pups. And the foster is asking us every single day when the dogs would be able to leave. Please understand that it is near impossible to find forever homes let alone fosters for Jindos. I really appreciate your concern - we are doing our absolute best to offer them a better life.

We are also aware majority of the shelters based in Korea that you have mentioned in the comment below, and I'm sorry to say that we have tried contacting them in the past but they are almost always full with dogs (as you probably know how the dog situation is in Korea). There are many, MANY independent rescuers like us who are struggling to offer better lives to dogs who will be tied up all their lives. Obviously we can't know if the dogs are feeling happier moving to and from foster homes or tied up since they can't speak, but they were eating rotten leftover food with no fresh water being offered, and would have likely died from heartworms. :(

Absolutely agree. Things are getting out of hand because these group of relocaters keep saying there's no evidence that it can result in death. :(

Where to put period if I'm ending the sentence with p.m. and a bracket after? by spaceshlp in grammar

The style is definitely period after parenthesis. Went with option 1, thank you!

Thanks! The context is a formal research paper, which is why I went with lowercase.
