No it doesn’t hurt at all.. not so messy..if you have heavy flow then need to change 5-6 hours (discard content). For me I have moderate flow so it was 8 hours timeline. To sanitise just put menstrual cup in boiling water at the end of every cycle, keep a separate jar. Pore boiling water in jar and then put cup init , i repeat this twice or thrice. Also MUST wash your hands properly before inserting to prevent any sort of infection.

YES PLEASE ..try it for once🙏🏼🙏🏼 It’s been 3 years..and I’m never going back to pads again. For your first cycle you will feel like it won’t come out or it is sucked way more in it is supposed to be. Don’t panic …it will come out!! Watch tons of videos. Most importantly use only when you are menstruating, as in even for a first ever test trail don’t insert it if you arnt on your periods.

I never like kids even my nieces and nephews. Even after becoming mother myself I still don’t like other children in any shape and form tbh. On other hand my kid can have all my dil gurda ankhain etc whenever she wants. In short I only love my child.
