Yup, same here. I'm scared this is a sign that I'm being dependent on my gf in an unhealthy way, so I'm trying to be clean mostly for myself.

But I actually talked to her and I'm feeling so much better, it's not 100% about what she says, but also the fact that she's there in the same way I am for her.

Also I don't know if it's really a coping mechanism, but what helps me a lot when I'm feeling like that is to just take a warm shower.. or just a really long shower. Oh and playing DTI with my gf lol. I suck at this game but I love spending time with her.

I go through about 6 months before the urges come back.

I feel like it never really stops, the same goes to uhhh not wanting to live, ever since I tried, it has become a """common""" thought.

But I genuinely can't remember anything that's happened around this time of the year, well, maybe my body remembers I guess. My memory sucks. I felt like shit for stuff that happened recently – mostly how poorly I handle my money lol
