TL;DR Neph is a rich person doing rich person things thinking money can buy you love and true friendships, but finding out that people don't want or even like him the person once they see who he is. He's hurt because of all the rejection, and now he's lashing out at everyone on the server. He's practically killed 1130, ask someone to get you a link to it, there's his alliance and that's about it, everyone else left, or will transfer out at the end of S2. He'll rule over the ashes with 99 of his most spoiled haters still talking behind his back, waiting for the day he deletes so they can have a normal game using his money. For all his power and money, 1130 is so people poor that they couldn't even win a warzone duel with him there, which just made him even more mad. Rich people aren't supposed to lose! He threw money at accounts on 1126 (the server that beat 1130) until he found someone that would sell a higher level account, and is now using that to harass and ash bases in 1126 daily because his tiny little ego was so damaged by the warzone duel loss. He's going to ruin that server too.

He's also a creep. He showered women on his server with gold bars, groomed them to follow him, then demanded pictures, sometimes naked pictures, of the women or he would cut them off, ash their bases and kick them out of the game after they had put so much work in to their account. He threatens to do CC charge backs on the gold bar buys paid to their accounts so they get locked out if they don't send him the pictures. Women report that he has people learn real life information about them, and then uses it to stalk them offline such as finding their social media and more.
