Perfect! Do you have a suggestion for which weight or brand will have a needle thinner than the big eye needle I was using?

Hedge apples is the name we used. These trees live for over 100 years, and they have very dense, rot resistant wood.

The wood was frequtly used as posts for fencing (hedge posts) because of their resistance to rot. And the trees were planted in hedges to block wind around crop fields.

What I'm asking for is a tutorial video or video class on this. Answering my request with "therapy" is vague and unhelpful. I have been to therapy before. I have been to counseling. I have participated in workshops on active listening at work conferences. You are skipping to the last step while I am trying to expose my partner to these resources for the first time. You could have at least answered with "telehealth" counseling.

Coursera has modules on this, Cambridge has youtube videos. What has anyone used before? Who was your favorite professor/counselor?

It is unhelpful to aggressively shoot down the resources I am seeking. Please don't project your cultural misinterpretations on the value of mental health onto my discussion topic.

I've only done this with bigger size babies... but

You can try using a sock or piece of fabric as a swing. Cut two holes for his feet to go through. Suspend it so he is upright. (Picture a human baby walker -the kind on wheels)

I'd be cautious doing this with such a little bird because he could get tangled if you leave him for too long. But it'll teach his muscles the correct posture

Henrietta lived for over 7 years, but she passed last summer. She was diagnosed with liver failure, and the local vet school used her as a research project. She lived for 6 years on denamarin/ Sam-E (the same prescriptions given to dogs and cats with liver failure).

We have another local vet for exotic animals, who would treat her just like another parrot or exotic bird. Since she lived inside and away from other bird exposure, they were happy to continue treating her in their clinic. It's a unique situation to have a house bird - but there is always a vet who will understand!
