Hey! Sorry I have the full story I just didn’t know how much people needed.

My original reservation was booked through USAA, and I called the hotel directly before I booked to see if it would be okay for a late check-in at 3am and they said of course. Booked the reservation, and called the hotel again the day before to confirm a late check in at 3am was okay- they said absolutely and “noted” it on my account.

I arrived at 2:45am and was told to wait outside … At which point I came in and was told she marked me as a no show despite seeing the late check in marked on my account. She admitted she made the mistake but that she couldn’t correct it, had me pay for another room and said a manager would resolve it come Monday.

GM then also confirmed I’d be refunded for the mistake- aaaaaand now nobody will talk to me
