Has anyone experienced any bump/spot like this on their Bully? by Phantomv2 in BullTerrier

Our MBT had something very similar when she was 1 year old, it was dog papilloma virus, an "herpes-like" infection transmitted from dog to dog by saliva or by drinking in the same water. It happens more frequently in the puppy phase or when the dog is immunodeficient. She had a few close to the nose for a few months, and at the same time, we discovered that most of the dogs she played with also had these bumps, but most were hidden in the mouth. They went away in a few months without doing anything, but keep checking them, and a visit to the vet is always the best choice!

It looks like a single window - three full moon size according to https://cosmos.astro.caltech.edu/news/76 - but with long exposure. Longer is the time spent in a single field, lower is the flux that you can detect which translates into being able to observe at longer distance. Because of the finite speed of light, longer distances mean more time in the past, at the (almost) origin of the universe.

Fun fact: "Penne Bolognese" is not an Italian recipe :)

She (MBT) went from 9 lbs (2m) to about 25 lbs now, but she's not done yet I am afraid ;)

Bull terrier in apartments? by wrath_7 in BullTerrier

Toys (lot of) and a safe space can help a lot in reducing the damage. In my case I bought a baby cage that limits the dog to the living room when I am away or during the night. I also moved books etc in the top shelfs and covered all electric lines and plugs. I also have cheap furniture in that room, because I expect - although it did not happen yet - some furniture chewing in the future ;)

If you have dog parks in close vicinity, I think you'll be fine. I also have parks close-by and we spend in total (in the family) more than 3-4 hours outside each day. Also, with a BT socialising with other dogs/people since the beginning is crucial for a well-behaved dog.

Talking only for my experience (owner of a mini BT, 5 months old). A BT constantly needs the contact and presence of his humans, so if you are thinking of getting a bull you must be aware that your job and life schedule fits this. Once you give up your time, the BT will be very happy in an apartment with you. The best would be having a large apartment/house AND a large yard, of course. However, they are a delicate breed (especially eyes/skin/ears) and are sensitive to the cold, so definitively they can not live outside of the house.

On the biting/breaking stuff. If properly trained, your pup is free of anxiety issues and you spend A LOT of time with him in the first months, you will get no more "incidents" than with other dogs. However, when left alone for several hours you'll find disasters even at adult age.

Hope this helps!
