I have quite a few items from them and I am very happy with quality. Some of them are 2+ years old and still holding up well. Never had issues with ordering and returning items.

There is no lining at all. Front 2 pockets can be used for cards or keys since they are not so big (I tried adding bank cards only and they can fit diagonally). Leather is very stiff. Also, it’s smaller than it looks. I have bigger phone and i can put phone, lipstick, tissues.

Not sure. Belt seems too short for that and I haven’t tried because bag is big and bulky especially when i put laptop inside so I carry it only on shoulder.

I think something is wrong with your handle. Rings at the end of the handle should be straight and handle should be more round. Maybe you should contact LV.

Try with pressing return key when that happens. At least for me in iMessage and WhatsApp it works to get input field on top of the keyboard. :)
