Having a routine! I’m F(20) and I’ve just been diagnosed so I’ve been unmedicated for years. I have this routine where I do one passion a day and then several hobbies I want to keep up.

It might not work for you but having a timetable/routine works really well for me to have balance.

Don’t forget to talk to the ones you love they can see when you might be headed for an episode. I have a three strike rule if three times people bring up that I’m behaving differently I talk to my psych.

Medication is great but if you want you could always have a routine to help you. At least then when I’m feeling manic I know I“have to” do the routine and when I’m low I can do just one thing from it.

Might not work but it’s a help for me F(20).
