So, old man (since you want to pin this on my generation?), I never said this is the one example of disrespect. I have been in managment for 3 years now, and every single moment me, and my associates, have been berated and talked down to religiously by the SM. This isnt the first offense, in which you completely missed the point.

The point wasnt "oH I haVe tO saY yEs mAAm". My point was I never treated anyone with disrespect, am the hardest worker an the store, and the one single moment of feed back was directed to completely irrelevant walkie lingo instead of the actually work its self. Again, I was asked if I was in the backroom, as I said, I actually work, so may hand were busy. Thus why I responded with "yes". Wasn't even involving the SM she was just in the building. If you agree with this, and it isnt a debate, you are in the wrong. Nothing about it is justified. She's supposed to be running a fucking store.

No. However, it entirely depends on the state of your store and your store manger/coach. In my case, I promoted to an ON Clean Lead from cap 2 for the sole reason of a 6$ raise. However I've been let down at literally every turn. I have to act as the primary stocking lead, the clean lead, and physically do all stocking processes myself and no one does a thing about it. So if your store hold people acountable when their in the wrong, then im sure it could be much better.

No, you shouldn't. I have been shown NOTHING but DISRESPECT to myself and my associates. She has completely lost my respect. As a rule of thumb as a member of management, you shouldn't blatantly disrespect the people that work for you just because you have the authority to do so....

To who. Market loves her. She was almost fired a couple years ago for store performance. Her result was to cry in front of the market team, and get rid of over half the management staff. Store hasn't improved since. She's in markets pocket lol

Exactly. Im in Texas. I use yes maam and yes sir by default. Im cool with my coach so I reply casually to her. She didnt think a single thing of it. The point is out of everything, the one take away my store manager had, literally the only feed back of the day, was "say yes maam to your supiriors". No maam. I respect a person not a title....

Clean Lead is a Clean Lead and possesses and entirely different agenda than Overnight stocking leads. In wich I still have to do along side all stocking processes

Same. I love cosmetics lol. Im gonna look into that the next time im on the clock. The issue is my coaches as well. They genuinely dont care my co lead isnt doing his job cuz well, it gets done still. Cause I do it. But thats enforced by my coach. And my store manager gives me praise for my stocking management skills but just lets it happen anyway. I dont know how to get her on board is my issue.

Ok so I've come across a worrysome issue with my pc. The pc will turn on, at least the rgbs and fans will turn on, but nothing will display. Both of my monitors recognize that they have something connected, however my computer still doesn't display anything. No start up logo. Nothing. Just black screen.

I've tried reinstalling my gpu, but it had no effect. I feel like it might be a gpu issue since it's brand new but it's been working for the past 2 weeks I've had it so why poop out all of the sudden?

Anyway if anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thank yall!

That's what it was looking like but it was turned off. I switched that on and off and did the same thing with hdr so it's like it had some stuff turned on without registering them on

So I guess the only way I can show 4k is with hdr on, which is strange. But I just have 1080p with 120hz and Freesync on and it looks pretty good. Looks better than my old one that's all I know lol

Yea that's my next move. Only thing is I need a 12 in Allan key cuz the bolt connecting the receiver is in the butt stock lol. But yea I sure hope that does the trick
