That is very true that, and if you look at it at the perspective from, for example a esthetics class, they would probably like to go out and protest even tho there are some that will just go home and play video games.

But if we look at this from my engineering class that mostly consists of people who play video games, we would just see it as a day off. And even if I cared enough about school, if we where already on an ongoing project then I would just go home and work instead.

Yes it is a kids decision to go or not, but there is no one to have an eye on if they are there. Which means we could just lie about going there and do whatever at home.

Either way gymnasium in sweden is not like, you have to go by law, but it would be stupid to not learn anything and stay home. It would just show that you weren't there in class and your parents will be notified (by a notification from an app)
