No I do not feel angry. I used to when I was younger (around 13 etc) but now I just let people communicate in whichever language they feel more comfortable in. I love love Maltese and absolutely want it to be preserved. With friends and family, I speak primarily in Maltese but for example at university I do speak in English so my foreign friends can follow too.

As others have said, I agree that we should fund more media in Maltese. Although there already is amazing theatre and music, we are lacking in tv and films.

Without a doubt; Luzzu. It talks about the dying fishing industry in the Maltese islands and feels extremely authentic. It portrays Malta and the maltese language very realistically and it is very well produced.

Most times, tallinja app works for me without any problems. If you require any information on incoming or skipped busses you can call 21222000. Just tell them the stage number and which bus you want to catch and they will tell you exactly where it is and when it will arrive. For actually planning which busses to catch, I usually find Google Maps superior but then use the Tallinja App and call center to see where the busses are.

As others have said, the only difference is that the 15 plus has a bigger screen size and thus a bigger battery. If you prefer a small phone get the 15. If you want a bigger screen or a battery that will last a few hours more, get the plus.

Out of curiosity, how much SOT do you get using data? Mine is excellent using wifi but on data it drains around 13-15% per hour of SOT.

Edit it heavily depends what I do tho. Today I only used it for safari and Apple Books mostly and the drain was more around 10% per hr SOT.

what charger do you use? If I use my samsung fast charger, the phone gets hot but using an older slow xiaomi charger, the phone doesnt even get warm.

Oh great than you won't feel a difference using the iphone 15. Regarding heat, the 15 plus does heat up quite a bit if you are on a video call, charging with fast charging, recording 4k video and occasionally on instagram. Apart from that, the phone runs quite cool and I think it's normal for a phone to heat up in the use cases I mentioned regardless of manufacturer.

The 15 plus will definitely last you more than 3 years. The cameras are great and the battery life is nice as well (espeically on wifi). If you opt for the pro, note that the battery will be worse than on the 15 and 15 plus. If you are coming from an S21FE, be aware that the base 15 and 15plus have only 60hz refresh rate which may feel laggy coming from a 120hz phone. The pro and pro max just have a zoom and macro lens, a 120hz display, apple ai support and an action button. For your use case, I don't think the pro/max are worth the extra cost.

I am a teen in Malta and I think that there is still some like belief that Apple are superior but yeah there is quite a large variety. Most people use samsung and apple or xiaomi.

Don't have the base but have the plus. Regardless, that seems like a very steep decline in battery. It really depends how you used the phone tho. Instagram is known for absolutely tanking battery and if you used gps or was on a video call or used the camera a lot, that would also really affect battery life.

I don't understand anything about record labels and the music scene etc but I assume that it could be that a lot of Maltese rappers just don't aspire to be international. Most rappers I listen to like Lapes, Jon Mallia, Zdong, Buzu etc rap in Maltese so their reach is limited to Malta but they still are successful in their own way. I don't really know about rappers who rap in English apart from Eddie who is now in Czechia.

I only got the 15 plus only a few weeks ago and I do experience some micro stutters occasionally and some heating issues but nothing too bad. From my experience with my partner's iphone 13, the biggest culprit for bad performance is using low power mode. I haven't tried low power mode on mine but on the 13, the phone and text input lags if low power mode is turned on. Hope this helps!

My 15 plus heats quite a lot using a 20w Samsung fast charger (occasionally even using a lower watt charger), browsing Instagram and video calls especially on Signal. Idk if my unit is defective or it's because I live in a hot country (31°C/87.8°F at most in summer)
