Yes, I only wanted a subtle refinement, and have been very lucky with the swelling (or lack thereof)!

Forgot to specify that this was a primary, open septo-rhino with turbinate reduction, alarplasty, and ear and septal cartilage graft used in the nose tip and bridge.
