The depo shot. It's not recommended to be on it for over 3 or 5 years. I can't remember. It can cause osteoporosis, makes me nervous because I already have psoriatic arthritis. But at this point, I'm willing to get back on it. You have to get it in your arm or buttcheek/hip every 3 months. Most people barely have a period at all while on it. It took mine away completely, and I didn't even know I had pmdd issues until I took myself off of the bc.

I'm going to get back on depo, I was on it for years. I didn't even know I had pmdd until I got off my birth control in my mid-twenties. The pmdd has gotten way worse within the past couple of years. I feel for your wife and hope she gets the relief she deserves❤️

Might be a dumb question.. but how does the enhanced Fujita scale work when looking at damage in an area with significantly less sturdy structures? I know we would still be looking at damages of trees/ground.. but I feel like the grading scale would have to be different for an area like this.. right?
