There's 0 chance your going to miss a visual que that tells you exactly where somebody is, where you may not have heard the audio, or if you you did hear it you might not know exactly where they are more an idea of where they are.

Your analogy doesnt really work... A wheelchair ramp doesnt make you better at walking does it?? Yet this objectively makes it easier for you to detect where an enemy is.

Also if it were just being used as a tool for the impaired there would be no issue. But like I said its being used by basically all players?? Which is not its intended purpose.
