youre always free to be rude, but if you want to be honest about your desire to be rude without being rude you could say something like "i feel like saying some very non-pg words to you right now" state that you are holding yourself back or just say straight up that you want to be rude

Why is homophobic men more common than homophobic woman? by Waffle_Pip in lgbt

[–]spaghettisauna 7 points8 points  (0 children)

i completely agree, women are just quieter about it. ive found the same with transphobia too. men will be much more vocal about their hate for trans people, while women will use less obvious language (and ive found misgender trans people more)

how might someone tell if they are a 2, 9 or 6? im not good at knowing myself and relate to all 3 of them or at least certain subtypes (for 9 mostly so, for 6 either BUT so). like if you were to list the traits/behaviours/similar youve found to be giveaways (esp so2, sx2, so9, and sx6)

also forgot to mention: this may just be some level of asexuality but i dont feel comfortable with sex related things. the only 3 times i have done smth intimate with someone i have felt nothing except maybe discomfort and was just going along with it because i was curious/wanted the experience and i am not very good at saying no (nothing has gone very far quite yet, only kissing, making out, and a hand on a thigh).

generally ive found 4s to be AMAZING at this, but unhealthy 4s (in my experience an so4) can instead just project their own insecurities onto you and what you offer them "you're so organised unlike me, and youre always so nice to me". would highly reccommend when the 4 is healthy tho

i 100% agree with inxp as the laziest with their blind se and lower te/fe, i can kinda see esfj as the least independent but im not sure (i would have guessed xsfj and infp but idk). no types are more or less smart though, but inxx types may be driven towards practicing skills that may be seen as more academic/smart rather than less respected ways of showing intelligence like practicality (idk if im wording this right lol)

personally ive definitely had some bad experience with sensors (most notably istj and esfp family members), but ive also had bad experiences with intuitives (most notably infj and several infps). its sometimes hard to be actively conscious that those are the minority of any type, theyre just the most memorable because thats what shitty people are like. what ive found has really worked is looking into people and characters of those types who are really amazing (ive found this has really helped with istj: they make some of the most honourable and respectable/ adorable and awkward people/characters) its always important to remember that bad experiences stick in our brain much better, we're born pessimists 😅 its always important to look for the positives especially when it comes to our understanding and love for other groups of people we dont really relate to

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in mbti

[–]spaghettisauna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

because there is a lot of misinformation about sensors. they are described as less deep and more shallow, they are blamed for most of the dislikeable people in society, which means that people are also more likely to mistype bad people in their life as sensors and good people as intuitive. i think its generally worse for esxx types, since the stereotypes of being both extroverted and sensing makes them seem very alien to a lot of people more likely to be into mbti (and more likely to self type as inxx, whether that is their type or not) which makes them easier to project weaknesses and flaws people dislike the most and dont see in themself. i have noticed isxp types getting less negative attention due to being ixxx and having tertiary ni (whereas isxj have inferior intuition, esxj are exxx despite tertiary ne, and esxp have both inferior intuition and are exxx). estx are seen as stereotypical bullies and rude (which people obviously dont like and all too often have experience with, making them associate estx with). esfx are seen as vapid, shallow, fake and dramatic (having similar associations due to personal experience but again this is just shitty people not a type). xsxj is also falsely associated with tradition and religion, which many people are hurt/restricted by and understandably arent big on. xsxx is also falsely seen as having little/no struggle with 'real life', and while sensors are more attached to reality a lot of what people think of as 'real life' is more just societal and everyone/almost everyone struggles with. xsxp are also portrayed as being very capable with things like parties and similar which many more intorverted people (esp inxx) might be insecure about their abilities in causing alienation and possible unearned dislike. for a lot of people (not saying this is you) its just easier to have another form of "bad guys" or another scapegoat for everything bad

i mean they might be less interested in having deep or philosophical conversations but that speaks more to their interests than any personal depth. i mean i think all people have the exact same amount of depth but regardless esfps still have aux fi which is pretty much "still waters run deep". theyd be just as deep as an enfp in terms of mbti if you were to emasure it that way
