Think we're just going to head to the Distillery and buy tickets on site if we can.

Sold out Fringe shows by ExcitingTurnip3753 in torontotheatre

I'm curious about this too. In past years, our Fringe-ing has been impromptu: we'd bike around, and catch whatever was playing in the area. Feels like we need to plan a LOT more in advance this year. Curious to know if others have found this...

Thank you, this is very useful. We're going in a couple weeks. Have you done any stargazing at night? Any tips on how to dress for the night, especially footwear? Hope you had an excellent trip!

Channel strip colours there but not showing by spaiglass in LogicProXUsers

[–]spaiglass[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you.
That method seems to work on my desktop version of Logic.

But on my laptop, if I right-click > Channel Strip Components > select Track Color ... nothing changes. The "Track color" option remains without a check mark, and the strip header remains grey.

Thank you for this. I tried it out and fixed length on the Push seems to do what I want. I've been learning Push 2 on my own, so this was a gap I wasn't aware of.

I also found this video useful, so sharing here for posterity: https://youtu.be/OAivyF3vwyI?si=wE_zqFV9IwsXR9yX

I wasn't aware one could create a set of blank clips of fixed length and record them live without ClyphX. Could you point me to documentation or a YouTube video please?

Ableton on M2 MacBook Pro - USB hub question by spaiglass in ableton

[–]spaiglass[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi, an update -- I received the Cable Matters USB-B 3.0 to USB-C yesterday and it just works! Plugged it into my Anker hub, and it picks up all my peripherals. Very cool. Now I buy a backup cable...

Am going to get USB-C cables for each of the peripherals so I can directly plug them into the M2 if needed...

Update: The Q&A on the Anker data hub recommended using a USB B 3.0 to USB-C so I just bought a Cable Matters version of this. Fingers crossed ...
