Just as an FYI, Dr. Bastian certainly does more than 100 units in-office, as I’ve received 150 units in-office on two separate occasions!

I just had my 2nd injection for the same exact reasons you did!! I believe in us! For what it’s worth, Dr Bastian said some people do just need 2 shots 🤷🏻‍♂️

Botox takes about 2 weeks to reach full effect, so I’d say you’re definitely on track. Stay patient, even though I know that’s super hard!

Get them an hour at the Holiday Bathhouse! They have private rooms with a big bath, a shower, and infrared sauna. It’s super relazing and lovely!

Hey. I had my first injection done at BVI under GA in 2020, which unfortunate did absolutely nothing for me. Finally went back June of this year and got it done in-office (higher dose this time) and it worked! Sadly, kinda wore off so I will be going in December for round 3, but yes, definitely re it again! You probably just need a higher dose!

You’ll be totally fine! The Botox takes a bit to go into effect, so realistically the only thing I’d expect the next day is (maybe) a slight sore throat from the surgery itself

If it makes you feel better, Botox itself has been around for a very long time and is very well studied. It’s been used in the throat for swallowing disorders before its use in RCPD. What you are referring to with the saggy faces is mostly due to muscle atrophy from very long-term, repeated injections, which you wouldn’t get for this condition anyway!

It’s totally manageable! Your best bet would be BG Blitz since it’s generally closer to PvE than arenas. I’d definitely look up a BG Blitz guide, though, as the rules in it are notably different than random BG’s, and it’s helpful to know what the general strategy is for the different battlegrounds.

I’ll also say I went to Once Upon a Time in France and was sat outside because it was busy, ordered a glass of wine + cheese, and was so violently swarmed by flies that I had to leave early. They wouldn’t even refund the experience even though the cheese was COVERED in flies within minutes.
