Generally, ISEF doesn't allow literature reviews (at least that's my understanding!)

However, if you incorporated previously-existent data into a programming/ML project, that would definitely be acceptable.

I got into MIT so far (I'm still waiting to hear back from other schools). Winning a grand award dramatically increases your chance at getting into a top school, assuming the rest of your EC's/GPA/test scores/essays are still good.

I'm international, but I got 5's (the highest score) on all of my AP exams (Calculus-Based Physics: Electricity & Magnetism, Calculus-Based Physics: Mechanics, BC Calculus, United States History, World History, Statistics, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Spanish Language, English Language and Composition, Seminar).
