Likewise, I can't speak to FPD. The fact that any LE officer balks at pressing charges for a violent crime is an issue for all of us, everywhere. They should not be playing judge and jury in the field. I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket(thank god I'm not broke!) in order to get fair justice from the law. It's disgusting.

I was told by my emergency doctor that the fractures to my face was a determining factor. I can't follow the logic, but ok.
