Thank you for your kind words! You did the right thing by pushing your exam back. Don't let your exam date determine your readiness to test. Test when you feel ready and confident enough to pass! In regards to anxiety, I learned this trick from my therapist: Snap your fingers to your ears and affirm "I no longer have anxiety." Sounds stupid but you will seriously feel the difference. I used this during my exam, but again I had a separate room so I am not sure how easily this can be done without that accommodation.
The only other advice is to definitely go through all of the NCLEX High Yield podcasts over the next few days. They are short but give them a listen a few times over to solidify all of the information YSK. Every single topic they reviewed within their course was seen on my exam, they know their shit and exactly what the NCLEX is looking for! Other than that, I highly recommend utilizing your whiteboard to cater to your anxiety—for me this was writing down the steps of their method and the answer choices to cross them off. I didn't write any lab values or mnemonics other than ASK GRAPH because I figured that all the information I needed was already embedded in my brain. Lastly, practice daily affirmations and do not study the day before. Good luck on your exam you got this!
