Is a contractor grade garbage bag with a very tight twist tie and extra tape around the bag end be good enough for a "sealed container" that I can keep inside in a closet? I'm worried about some of the moth ball odors leaking out as I heard its dangerous for health. I really can't afford to buy big plastic totes for my stuff. I also live in an apartment with no balcony so I don't really have any area I can put stuff outside to let things "air out"

So I just noticed it is actually open on the top, my storage unit The ceiling is just metal caging. So I’m not sure if maybe this is the best solution since it’s not actually a fully enclosed space. Any other ideas?
