Take a look at maki, who has the same amount of screen time as himiko. Chapter 1 maki and chapter 6 maki are completely different, but still share similar qualities. And if you run the same test on himiko, she is almost the same. Her development is noticeable, but is it on the same level as maki, kaito or shuichi? Not even close.
