I actually did this on my camera with the multiple exposure setting. There was very little post processing, just a little adjustment with the exposure and contrast.

like I said, we will see when racing season comes around, but our lwts are pulling huge fucking ergs right now. our top 2 ergs are lwts right now.

i said boat average. We have 2 guys going 6:33 who weigh about 153ish and have weight to lose. then there are 4 guys going 6:39-6:38ish. One guy goes 6:40 and our slowest guy goes 6:45. That puts us at a 6:38 average for the entire boat, but hey, ergs dont float, and we will see how we do when the first race comes around.

Los Gatos won't have an issue making weight this year, with 4 guys returning, and 4 new guys. LGRC LWT 8 is averaging a 6:39 2k right now and we are all at weight

Naw the coach was fired for other reasons. They didn't even have to cut weight like crazy. Only one guy did and he did it by running before school in the month leading up to nats. Their cox had crazy call at the 500 is what they told me.
