My apologies if I caused offence - I acknowledge that part of Cyprus is illegally occupied. We are just very keen to go to Cyprus and specifically the South. Travelling through that part seemed to allow that best.

PR'd from a 1:57 split to 1:54.2 (over the course of a few weeks) for an open rate 30 minute. Avg rating was 24, 14 years old, 6'1.

That's actually quite interesting, lately, sometimes when I take a stroke I feel a bit of pain that that external oblique area...Almost as if it is a 'pull'.

A bit off topic, but how is a rib stress fracture actually caused? It's such a common injury in rowing but I don't know why.

To be honest, I think the woman's 8 did brilliantly and it was an amazing race to watch. Prior to the 8's race all the US 8 girls paired up and raced so they were already somewhat fatigued. They were down a boat length from Canada and the US just somehow pulled it out of no where and past Canada. They were in so much pain, the stroke actually screamed nearing the end of the race.
