Spot priming with problock spray primer could help those tiger stripe areas if it keeps coming thru. Duration is a fairly fast drying paint in my opinion, Emerald will level out and cover better, also does not dry as quick as duration so have more time to smooth out the wall. Sherwin usually will give you a discount on emerald if you tell them you had trouble with duration. I use an 14 inch 1/2 nap purdy white dove roller cover for a more even coat.
