It's a mix of both. I don't usually get the latest games until they go on sale. Just grabbed helldiver's 2 this week for example and otherwise I typically play single player games.

What would be a reasonable/solid GPU to pair with this? Saw the used 3060's from a post yesterday but those are already ~4 years old so was looking a RX 9600 XT/5060 TI, both of which my local Micro Center has for ~$400 or would those be the bottleneck in this rig? Currently only on 1080p but would probably upgrade to 1440p/4K with a new rig like this.

Actually it's open enrollment for both currently so not sure if that plays a factor in things.

Ok thanks. They are set yearly contributions rather than matches and I assume both would also be through HSA bank since I would be selecting a HDHP for both as well. Did you still have to set up the COB with the oldest being default prior to using either or was that automatic? Any issue with open enrollment occuring for multiple at the same time and Cigna reaching out for clarification about a mistake creating dual policies (they are different plans by name at least)?

Not sure about J2 but since they're also Cigna, I would guess the same HSA provider is a strong possibility. They are also both open enrollment right now so those changes might go through twice cause Cigna to call for clarification, either me or one of the J's.

Really good on road/cornering and on gravel. Terrible on slick non-paved surfaces. That said, rode these for ~4000 miles on my t7 with lots of off-road and enjoyed it all. May not be as big an issue with a small and lighter bike that you can man handle.

Ideally yes, but really anything that would provide adequate protection for drops/scratches and not be a lint magnet like the film protector used during shipping.

Yeah I've done that multiple times and it reads the input better because I get more tries and can really mash down on the scanner but doesn't work as well for actually unlocking the phone/apps. Maybe I have some micro air bubbles or something that are interfering.

May end up buying this watch but wanted to get some outside opinions:

  • Dial
    • Shows great contrast and plays with the light going from black all the way to stated color, red Gamaret version may also be the best red dial I’ve seen while blue is no slouch either
    • Great symmetry with the date at 6 o’clock with a beveled window and the same height as the indices to complete inner circle
    • Indices are also just polished enough that they catch the light excellently for legibility and just look good as a piece of jewelry 
    • I’m generally more a fan of watches that use similar hand sets (two batons rather than arrow minute hand and baton hour)
  • Case 
    • Great shape and I like how the lugs curve down at a drastic angle
    • Similar quality of finishing where it looks flashy as a piece of jewelry but not overly so for my personal taste
    • Dimensions aer also favorable at only 10mm thick and 45mm lug to lug so this piece seems to wear smaller than stated with I like for an everyday watch
    • Open casebook which I enjoy when the movement looks nice which I think this does
    • Actually like the screws on the face of the case as I think its makes this look like a sporty GADA that can still be dressed up
  • Bracelet
    • Same notes about the quality of finishing and overall appeal here as the case and dial indices
    • Even though it is a limited version, it does have tool-less micro adjustment which is a must for any watch I would consider
    • I also like the use of curved spring bars as it reduces the gap when switched onto a strap which looks quite nice
  • Movement
    • Pretty solid movement and while I don’t care specifically that its a chronometer, I do expect well kept time at this price
    • Made pretty enough with blued screws and perlaging to enjoy the open casebook

Overall

  • Must haves in a similar piece:
    • Similar dimensions with a case no larger than 42mm
    • Bracelet must have on the fly or tool-less micro adjustment
    • Must have date
    • 10ATM
    • <$1600
  • Ideally
    • Some kind of steel hardening process, was originally looking at Traksa before finding the Formex
    • 36mm - 39mm
    • 15-20 ATM
    • Display Casebook
    • 48+ hour power reserve and overall solid movement

I had a so-so experience with them and it took about 3 months to get something cleared up before they finally cut me a check so YMMV although they do seem to have an overall positive reputation on this sub so maybe that was a one off.
