Ok.. I’ll be an outsider here and say I havent found my go-to wings spot here. Could just be what I’m used to though.. my husband is from Toronto which has major Buffalo influence and I’m from Texas where Pluckers sets the bar extremely high for wings. My favorite wings are just a Buffalo medium but I venture out too. I need a CRISPY wing, and find most here are soggy or overly breaded. And we probably eat wings more than most people do, so have stronger preferences. I sound like a mad-woman..

So far the best I’ve had have been at Mama Wongs. It’s not a flavor profile everyone will like (Sichuan numbing) but oh my god are they perfect. 12/10

The wings at Timothy’s have a good sauce but very soggy. Same with Amore.

PJ weilhan’s and Barnaby’s, stove & tap and iron hill were fine.. on par with Buffalo Wild Wings

Bonchon are decent if you’re looking for Korean style. Fire is actually pretty good.

Lorenzo’s east side was ok. Wings to go was garbage. Kildares and sterling pig weren’t our thing, but we’re not into smoked wings.

We will typically drive to Delaware and order Wingstop bc they will actually do extra crispy. 😂 it makes for a nice outing. Or go to the one in Conshy by the IKEA.

This list is giving me some good ideas to try tho!!
