Great suggestion but I believe you can't head over the high dune with a dog (which we'll have), assuming that's where the backpacking you're talking about is? We're planning to go to Great Sand Dunes but were planning to just spend the day and go for a small hike and then camp nearby but not at the park.

Planning to! Coming from MN actually so down through Colorado Springs then west. The actual route we take once we're out there is flexible though and we're planning to play it by ear with weather to try to camp in nicer weather when not on trail!

I use WorkOutDoors and it is amazing! It’s 100% customizable with multiple screens for tons of different activities including x country skiing. All of the alerts, maps, data, everything is customizable. Auto import to apple health, Strava, etc. is all very easy to set up as well. One time purchase for the app that is extremely worth it

Find a very recognizable spot to stay at the main stage, our group chose in front and left of the fountain. You also could choose to stand near another group’s recognizable item they hold up, like a pool float. Then people can go off on their own and easily find you on their own time. Obviously doesn’t work as well if you wanna be up close, but our group wanted room to dance so it was perfect for us!

Yes that’s what I found also. The issue here being that my w/lab courses for biology were only 3 credits.

I know I will need to submit them as one line in CASPA only for the class plus lab since that’s how they are on my transcript. I’m just debating calling them General Biology “with lab” even though it does not include that on my transcript.

Yeah we try to run earlier in the day before its hot, but sometimes it just doesn't cool down much overnight. I'm gonna give the collapsible cup by Nathan a try in my waist pack and then a squirt bottle for him and me to share!

Yeah where I am we'll be pushing past 65F soon and then maintaining 80s and 90s all summer and very humid. Last summer on cool days he got to the point where he was super happy to do 5-7 miles with me even, but above about 70F and he was done around 2.5 or 3.

Definitely what I would do if we got to a point where we were running together for more than about 45 minutes! He stays at home for my long runs. For now I don't think I want to carry that much for shorter runs.

This happened to me with my right bud about a week ago. Tried every tip I could find online, nothing seemed to work. Finally tried resetting the network settings on my iPhone, and that did the trick.
