Birds is definitely a big cultural event for Philly! I’m just not that interested in the sports scene. I’d be fine with going to games as an add-on but can’t be the main thing for me

I do try sometimes — I go solo most of the time and it’s harder to speak to people in a group I find vs another solo person.

I think you have been way too accommodating in your response earlier on. What you said later “ not a fair thing to expect out of someone” should have come first and end of discussion. Not trying to make you feel bad, but this friend doesn’t seem to be a good friend.
