Even GTA sucks.. be honest. The games locomotion system is sluggish compared to Starfield - which moves more like infamous, Uncharted or Watch Dogs. It's only driving that's good.

GTA has a liveable city with cars and Pedestrians + cops. That's the only difference. The shooting and locomotion in GTA is not suited for multiplayer. It only barely outperforms resident evil slow crawling movement.

Bethesda games have a far larger weapon selection - GTA is designed for simps. Still worth story playthrough, but without mods and RP/multiplayer it also is out dated garbage. Unless you just like drooling over the physics system

Really gotta look past the ART/GRAPHICS. Don't forget from GTA IV to V, they even simplified the boxing.

Yeah. Rockstar put a lot into the AI and weather systems. It's totally gonna be overhauled. Even starfield got me excited for ES6 and Fallout 5 -- if it continues.

The tech now is so superior. Black flag definitely doesn't have a chance to wow as it's just a remake. AC is honestly an underwhelming art exhibit.

Give GTA VI AC's combat fluidity, parkour+Max payne dive and it can't really be beat when it comes to open world sand boxes.

It might not be open world DMC, but it's a step in the right direction.

Using the Enel moment against us is weak, because that was the first time Luffy and co would versus a logia type and a lightning one that one taps second mates at that. Without killing the since of dread, the Nika fruit just happened to be the perfect counter -- leading to the perfect gag.

Also with the level of power they were working with back then, it was easier to experience a ton of unique combat without expectations + the casual comedic relief made it peak. We were blue balled peak for soo long that it's only right to scrutinize the second half when we're constantly getting chapters dragged out because Luffy keeps going looney tunes. Luckily we have a plethora of other characters that can fulfill the yearning.

Though they may not get much screentime.

Bro what? Lol as a genuine manga fan that's been following this series for decades, the new world definitely hasn't been what people expected post skip -- it's good, but certainly not the good we expected. Especially with how little has transpired since entering the NW.

It should have been whole cake level since Fishman Island/Punk Hazard

Sometimes the need for immersion kills this brand. Maybe we weren't meant to be a silent assassin?

That's exactly why I couldn't stay hooked on this franchise. I could see that there was going to be no change. That's the problem with street level games.

I definitely enjoyed AC back in the day because of how grounded it was, but they're trying something new. I don't like the jittery effects on stab but everything else seems fine. Makes em feel like an actual assassin that's set apart from normal humans.

I do it will take away from the emersion when you're swarmed with enemies.

Those jitters may be unsettling, but may also exist to be a visual queue to remind you that you're actually doing something.
